Lets Talk Pain & Suffering!

Most of my life is dedicated to helping others to live a life with less S T R E S S + P A I N. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Perhaps I ended up on this path because I have suffered with a lot of pain in my life so it became my purpose in life to help others to feel better through therapeutic treatment.

If you have ever experienced suffering, whether it be physical or mental suffering, then I am sure you already have had the experience of exploring different healing modalities to help you manage with these stressors.

Without exploring all kinds of healing modalities you can feel trapped inside your pain, feeling like you are suffocating in your body & that there is no escape & that no one understands what you are going through. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

For some people their pain & suffering never goes away. Hence healing yourself can become a life long journey. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This has been my story. Pain needs to be managed or it will eat away at your soul, attack the mind and become your story.
Don’t allow this to happen to you, don’t allow pain to rule your life & become your story. Find the things that help you cope. For me it’s writing, meditation and a little running here and there, being in nature & especially the forest is what helps my soul to feel freedom. 

Find whatever it is that gives you life force & makes you feel a little more vibrant. Don’t try to escape or numb the pain, this never works. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Instead choose to nourish the body & mind with spiritual & creative activities. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Pain makes us feel dull, lifeless & irritated, so focus and dedicate your time to anything that helps you feel the opposite.
Explore the many different healing modalities as there are many practitioners out there like myself who dedicate their lives to helping others to heal. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
