What are the Deposit Terms and Conditions?

For all treatments and packages we require a 20% deposit. This is non refundable for cancellations less than 24 hours and no shows. In the case of illness or unforeseen circumstances please contact us.

What services can I claim using Private Health Insurance?

Yes, you can claim Remedial Massage and Osteopathic Consults if you have these services as part of your extras cover. Upon payment we will issue you a receipt which you can use to receive a rebate from your health insurance provider.

What is the Cancellation policy?

We understand the unexpected can happen and you may need to reschedule your appointment. We ask you to please give us 48 hours’ notice should you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Appointments are in high demand & your notice will give another client access to that appointment time. Should less than 24 hours’ notice be given, or if an appointment is missed, you may be charged the full consultation fee. Do I need a referral from my GP?

No, you can make an appointment for any of our services at Renew Yourself without a referral. If you have a medical condition for longer than 6 months your GP may deem you eligible for either a General Practitioner Management Plan (GPMP) or Team Care Arrangement (TCA), where you will receive a reimbursement from Medicare for Osteopathic treatment. Once a plan has been prepared you can book any of the Osteopathic Services. Please email the care plan to drbouris@renewyourself.com.au.

Upon payment for the Osteopathic consult we will issue you a receipt which you can use to receive a rebate of $58 from Medicare (maximum 5 visits each year).
